In Sunny's first live radio appearance she discussed her Olympic dream with Justin Dealey of BBC Three Counties Radio.

"My first live interview on radio! I thought I may have been a little nervous but Justin was lovely and I just had fun with it. At the end of the day I was talking about my passion...it was difficult to shut me up!"
